All these translations come from the Internet; I just checked and corrected the formatting before publishing them: essentially, the division into paragraphs, the italics, capitals, and some typos

– as for the content, "mankind," "humankind" have been replaced by "humanity," for « humanité »

when referring to « le genre » alone, "species" has been replaced by "genus"

when referring to « le genre humain », "human species" and "humankind" have been replaced by "human kind"

– "daily reality," "everyday life," and "daily life" have been boldly replaced by "the quotidian" when referring to « le quotidien »

I left "daily life" or "everyday life" when referring to « la vie quotidienne »
