Well I should propose two options:
-if interested in Debord, read first Panégyrique (no version on line, as far as I know
then his articles in Internationale Situationniste (some of them on-line)then the Société du spectacle then the rest preferably in the chronological order. Don't forget his Oeuvres cinématographiques complètes. La Société du spectacle is on the web in various languages (French, English, German, Spanish)
-if interested in situationism stricto sensu better o start with Vaneigem's Traité de savoir-vivre à l'usage des jeunes générations (in English Revolution in everyday life
(english version available on the web) and then follow what is said in the preceding point (In this perspective, Panégyrique is less interessant).
Good reading. Don't forget THAT Sade has also written interesting little things. Good reading
