Several new English translations of situationist texts are now online at the Bureau of Public Secrets website (http://www.slip.net/~knabb): "On the Poverty of Student Life," "Our Goals and Methods in the Strasbourg Scandal," "Beginning of an Era" (on May 1968), "Preliminaries on Councils and Councilist Organization" (Riesel), "Notice to the Civilized Concerning Generalized Self-Management" (Vaneigem). Other texts that have recently been added include Ken Knabb's "Confessions of a Mild-Mannered Enemy of the State" and "The Relevance of Rexroth" (a critical appreciation of the great anarchist poet, essayist and social critic).
